Order Requirements & Pricing

All belt buckles are custom manufactured to order. Pricing is based on quantity, size, and production method. All prices shown below are per buckle (pre-tax). Final pricing is confirmed after artwork approval and production review.

Minimum Order: 25 pieces $30 / buckle (25–49)

Discounts automatically apply as quantity increases. There is no way to order less the 25 buckles. There are no physical samples available, instead you will receive a "PROOF" image that looks like the real thing.

  • 25 buckle minimum — applies to all orders and reorders.
  • Shipping typically totals $25–$35 per order.
  • Epoxy color fill adds $4 per color / per buckle (only possible in large areas).
  • Buckles exceeding 3.5" may incur additional cost.
  • 3D setup fee: $500.
    • 2D setup is FREE.

3D Designs

Here is an example of some 3D designs. We only recommend this option for large orders since there is a $300-400 Setup fee for this style.

2D vs 3D

99% of the buckles we make are 2D designs which works perfect for traditional designs and requires NO SETUP FEE. The difference between the two different styles are explained in the picture above.

Color Options

We offer 3 color options. For each order you may select any variety of colors, there is no color minimum to meet.

Sizing

We can make your belt buckle any size you want. Size does not effect cost until 3.5" is exceeded. We also offer size recommendations.

Shape

No buckle is cookie cutter. We can create any shape you desire.

Belt type needed

Belts must be fixed with buttons that will allow you to remove original metal clip in order to replace with the new belt buckle.

Belt loop sizing

The "Belt Loop" on the backside of the buckle comes at a standard size of 1.5" however we do offer a larger 1.75" Belt Loop if needed.

How to Use

First, remove original metal clasp on belt. Slide belt through loop on buckle and fasten buttons. To wear pass open end of belt through the loop and pass peg through the hole.
